1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and 356ph ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 356ph online casino and sports betting platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, services, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, vendors, and contributors of content.

By creating an account with 356ph, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age, which is the legal minimum age for participating in online gambling activities within the Republic of the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR regulations;
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law;
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• All registration information you submit is truthful, accurate, and complete;
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such information as necessary;
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation;
• You have not previously been suspended or removed from using the Platform.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access certain features of the 356ph platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.1 Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you must provide the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification;
• Valid email address;
• Philippine mobile phone number;
• Date of birth (to verify age requirement of 21+);
• Physical address of residence within the Philippines;
• Secure password meeting minimum complexity requirements.

2.2 Identity Verification

356ph reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, and residency at any time. Such documentation may include but is not limited to government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or Philippine national ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with 356ph. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access or use your account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

356ph supports various payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and credit/debit cards. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

3.1 Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally range from ₱100 to ₱500. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification status and transaction history. Deposited funds must be your own and from legitimate sources. 356ph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit suspected of being fraudulent or derived from illegal activity. Processing times for deposits vary by payment method, with e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya) typically processing within 30 seconds and bank transfers processing within 1-24 hours.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures to prevent fraud and money laundering. You must withdraw funds using the same payment method used for deposits, unless circumstances make this impractical. Minimum withdrawal amounts typically range from ₱300 to ₱500 depending on payment method. Withdrawal processing times vary: e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) generally process within 5-30 minutes during business hours; bank transfer withdrawals process within 24-72 hours; and card withdrawals may take 3-7 business days.

356ph reserves the right to impose withdrawal fees, though currently we waive fees for withdrawals exceeding ₱500. Before processing any withdrawal, you must complete wagering requirements for any active bonuses. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if your account has not completed identity verification procedures.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) regulations, 356ph maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) procedures. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large transactions or suspicious activity. Any transactions suspected of being connected to money laundering or terrorist financing will be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

356ph offers various bonuses and promotions to reward player loyalty and enhance gaming experiences. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are made available at the time of bonus activation. Key provisions include:

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional players or those deemed to be abusing the bonus system may have bonuses revoked and accounts suspended. Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless otherwise stated. 356ph reserves the right to refuse bonus participation to any player at our sole discretion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 15x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain specialty games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all.

4.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

356ph maintains sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Activities constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; collusion with other players; exploitation of game features or errors; low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements; and any other activity deemed to constitute unfair advantage. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and winnings derived therefrom voided, and accounts may be permanently closed.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All gameplay on the 356ph platform is subject to the following rules and provisions:

5.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the 356ph platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly tested by independent third-party auditing firms to ensure fairness and randomness. Game outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated by either the player or 356ph. The Company reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings in cases where game malfunctions occur or where the integrity of gameplay has been compromised.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has minimum and maximum betting limits that may vary based on the specific game, bet type, and your account status. 356ph reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to refuse or limit bets from any player at our sole discretion, particularly when betting patterns suggest fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.

5.3 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, any pending bets will stand and be settled according to their outcome. If the game cannot be completed due to technical issues on 356ph servers, bets will be voided and stakes returned. However, if the disconnection is caused by issues on your end (internet connectivity, device problems), the game will proceed and settle normally. You are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity when playing on the 356ph platform.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

356ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable individuals from gambling-related harm. We provide various tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activities:

6.1 Age Verification

Online gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21 in the Philippines. 356ph employs age verification procedures during account registration and reserves the right to request government-issued identification to confirm age at any time. 6.2 Self-Limitation Tools

7. Prohibited Activities

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or verification;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or other unfair practices;
• Using automated software, bots, or any other technological means to manipulate gameplay or outcomes;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform software;

• Engaging in arbitrage betting or other forms of advantage play that violate the spirit of fair gaming;
• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account;
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the platform's operations or security measures.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 356ph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of 356ph or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without prior written consent from 356ph, except as follows: you may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the platform for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

The 356ph name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 356ph or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without prior written permission from 356ph. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 356ph, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform;
• Any content obtained from the platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of the platform;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform;
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the platform by any third party;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the platform.

356ph does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the platform or any hyperlinked website or service, and 356ph will not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction between you and third-party providers of products or services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 356ph, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the platform; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; (iv) any claim that your use of the platform caused damage to a third party; or (v) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the platform. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the platform.

11. Termination and Account Closure

356ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the platform (or any portion thereof) at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, prolonged inactivity, or at your request. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may contact customer support. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account balance. 356ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending completion of any outstanding wagering requirements, verification procedures, or investigation of suspected Terms violations.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action, or proceeding.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof, the parties shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute through good faith negotiation and communication with our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies through the appropriate Philippine courts.

13. Modifications to Terms

356ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page regularly so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of 356ph to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
